Three weeks ago, in our Oct. 8 "occasional" issue, we said that the upcoming
election -- now just 8 days away -- had developed into a contest between pro
and anti-Christian principles. That analysis is proving to be correct, day by day
and hour by hour.

How else can you interpret the boast of our new president, Barack Hussein Obama,
on his first overseas trip as president when he said more than once, that whatever we
once were, we are no longer a Christian nation. [Something no other American
president has said in our more than 230 years.] How else can you interpret the
"boos" at the Democrat convention when it took 3 votes the get the word "God"
inserted once in their campaign platform statement? How else can you interpret the
president ignoring any observance of the National Day of Prayer in the White House,
but every year holding a gala celebration in honor of the Muslim holy week of

How else do you interpret the repeated promise of the president to work for repeal
of the Defense Of Marriage Act (DOMA), a national law -- and order his Justice
Department to refuse to support it in court? How else do you interpret the actions
of the president in supporting (even using our tax dollars) the legalizing of abortion
which has already killed more than 50 million children? How else do you interpret
the president's calling e pluribus unum (One from many) our nation's motto, when
in fact it is In God We Trust?

That is the choice we will be making next week; whether to turn America over
to control by homosexuals, Muslims and atheists . . . or turn America back to the
historic Judeo-Christian principles upon which our Founding Fathers built this nation.
ANC is not alone in this conviction. Here are just a few supportive comments . . .

The Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist
Convention, America's largest Protestant denomination, in a 32 page report
on the Obama administration's assaults on traditional Christian moral values of
life and family, said: "Throughout his brief time in the Oval Office, the
current president has routinely violated core convictions of Christian
citizens through policies, statements, nominations and appointments. He
has attacked religious liberty, the sanctity of human life, and the institution
of marriage, just to name a few."

From another Christian viewpoint, Father Frank Pavone, National Director,
Priests for Life, comments: "Ultimately there are only two forms of
government; the first type acknowledges that our rights come from God,
and that government exists to secure those rights. The other type says that
government is the source of those rights and therefore can alter, add to
them, subtract from them, or deny them completely."

And from Margaret Thatcher, the only female Prime Minister of Great Britain,
these words to Americans: "Your Founding Fathers came over with the
doctrines of the New Testament as well as the Old. They looked after one
another, not only as a matter of necessity, but as a matter of duty to their
God. There is no other country in the world which started that way."

We have said nothing about the "problems" that are in the headlines --
the economy, with massive unemployment, rising prices and unprecedented
increases in those living in poverty . . . foreign affairs, with America's name
and influence sinking to new lows, and our leaders shrugging their shoulders
as one of our ambassadors and members of his staff are murdered . . . our
great ally, Israel, being given only lip-service as Muslim nations threaten her
very existence . . . and the list goes on. But those are not the problems; they
are only symptoms of the problem. Our Founding Fathers, and the presidents
who have followed them for more than 200 years, have stressed the need for
virtue, morality and integrity in our leadership, and therein lies the real problem
facing America today, with a solution available to us on Nov. 6.

Just when it seems that everything has been said about this election,
along comes Billy Graham with a suggestion on how to vote. Not whom to
vote for, but some basic biblical principles to guide our thinking as we vote on
Nov. 6. His message appeared in full page ads in newspapers across the country,
shortly after meeting with Mitt Romney, to whom it is reported he promised, “I’ll
do all I can to help you. And you can quote me on that.” The ad is impressive,
with a large picture of the 93 year old evangelist holding a Bible, and includes these
words, "I believe it is vitally important that we cast our ballots for candidates
who base their decisions on biblical principles and support the nation of Israel.
I urge you to vote for those who protect the sanctity of life and support the
biblical definition of marriage between a man and a woman. Vote for
biblical values this November 6, and pray with me that America will remain
one nation under God.”

Billy Graham's birthday is Nov. 7, so he will be 94 years old on the day after the
election. Thus he has earned the title some writers are using in reporting this event:
"venerable." Through the years of his national and international ministry, he has
known and counseled with all 12 recent American presidents, beginning with
Harry Truman. [It might be noted that this 3 month less-venerable editor -- but also
93 -- was with him when he met the first two, Truman and Eisenhower.] He has
always maintained a strict and unassailable neutrality in political campaigns, and this
is the closest he has ever come to any personal involvement, although he has
previously this year spoken out in favor of the traditional Christian view of
marriage. The message of the ad can be an appropriate guide for Christians as we
vote, and it is our prayer that any controversy surrounding the ad will not bring
undeserved tarnish to the good name and ministry of this age's premier evangelist.

A challenging statistic concerning this year's election. Karen Spillman, of the
National Day of Prayer Task Force, has pointed out that estimates put the number
of "committed" Christians in America at 60 million (as distinct from 250 million
"nominal" Christians). Those estimates also indicate that only 30 million of those
"committed" Christians vote in any national election. Ms. Spillman notes: "Every
presidential election in the last 25 years has been won by less than 10 million
votes. What would happen if 30 million newly registered Christians voted in this
election? It could impact this election and help turn our nation... This election
will be decided by the Christians. If we show up and vote for the candidates
whose platforms most closely reflect Godly values, then we will win. If we don’t,
we will get more of the same." [Editor to Christians: YOUR VOTE COUNTS!]

At this late hour, with just a week before America's "Day of Decision," we
see no point in changing our approach. The Main Stream Media (MSM)
gives only a Left-biased report - we give you "What Others Are Saying"

Chris Carmouche, writing in GrasstopsUSA, asks this perceptive question:
"Are Libyan Ambassador Chris Stevens, Information Specialist Sean Smith
and former Navy SEALS Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods dead simply to
satisfy one man's ego? Were lives actually placed in peril simply to conceal
from the American people that Barack Obama's proclaimed 'Arab Spring'
was an abject failureIs the leader of the free world that narcissistic ... that
self-absorbed? Is he simply an incompetent buffoon? Or is the truth worse?"

Bishop Harry Jackson, in Breaking Christian News"The current
controversy concerning marriage may be one of the biggest distractions in
this election season. It is often categorized as a divisive 'social issue.' Many
Americans realize that the definition of marriage, the controversy about
abortion, and America's support of Israel are huge spiritual and moral issues
which will determine the kind of America we will create for the generations
that follow us."

Robert Ringer, in A Voice of Sanity: "New Yorkers would like us to believe
that Broadway is the drama capital of the world, but it's not. The greatest
show on earth is played out in Washington, D.C., 365 days a year... Unlike
Broadway, however, political theatre in Washington is not harmless. The
drama acted out by politicians in the multiplex D.C. Political Theatre destroys
lives. It has also destroyed (past tense) the grandest experiment in self-
government ever attempted."

Matt Barber, in the Barber Column: "Did you vote for Barack Obama in
2008? A lot of people did – obviously... what a testimony to just how far we
as a nation have come in terms of racial harmony, tolerance and diversity...
That we could elect an African-American to lead the free world is indeed a
very good thing. We just happened to elect the wrong African-American."

Tony Adkins, in Conservative Daily: "The U.S. is on the verge of a takeover
by the United Nations. Little by little, global bureaucrats, emboldened by the
encouragement of our current President, are looking for ways to regulate and
weaken the American way of life. Our current President will not honor our
Constitution or the Founders’ ideals for America, so it is up to you and me . . ."

Don Feder, in GrasstopsUSAIn a list of 44 descriptions, includes these three:
* "You know you’re an Obama voter if you think our dismal economy is all
the fault of George W. Bush, who left office 45 months ago, and whose
average unemployment rate was 6.3% – almost 2 points lower than under
his whiz-kid successor."
* "You know you’re an Obama voter if you think Islam is a civilizing force
that’s enlightened in its treatment of women and minorities, but Christianity
is repressive, patriarchal and a threat to liberty and democracy."
* "You know you’re an Obama voter if you think Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi
and HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius are Catholics."

Ann Coulter, on Debate No. 2: "Actually, all Obama could say was that he
had ended the war in Iraq (while pointlessly escalating the war in
Afghanistan) and that Osama bin Laden is dead (and so is our ambassador)...
Since Obama has been president, everything you own — your home, pension,
savings accounts, weekly paychecks — are all worth less. Meanwhile,
everything you need — gas, food, and anything else that requires fuel to be
transported to you — costs more."

Presidential Prayer Team: "For 11 years, we‘ve held firm to our name as
'The Presidential Prayer Team' because we believe we are honoring God‘s
command to pray for the leaders of our country. We will always do that...
Why? Because we know God is the One who will truly steer the course of this
country according to His perfect will, using the results of the coming election
to fulfill His purposes for America and its people!"

Daniel Greenfield, in New Media Journal: "Voters are slowly dragging
themselves out of Obama's 'I-Sphere' because of the practical necessities of
survival, such as having a job, which is difficult to come by in an economy
run at the whim of a boy-king who throws handfuls of money into the air and
waits for them to turn into magic green jobs...The problem is that we have
stopped asking the hard questions and instead looked for soft reassurances.
There's no reason to be upset. Yes the ship is sinking, but while it does, let's
stay on deck, listen to the orchestra play a song and talk about our feelings."

Liberty Alert on an Appeal Court decision that DOMA is unconstitutional:
"While citizens of the majority of states have voted for natural marriage in
their state constitutions, activist judges and even the President of the United
States have been actively promoting an agenda to undermine the nation’s
marriage laws. When you weaken the family, you weaken society. Children fare
best when raised with a mom and a dad. Redefining marriage is not in the best
interest of children or society."

David L. Goetsch, in Patriot Update: "Maybe it's just the way things are
done in Chicago and, as a consequence, he knows no better. Maybe when you
have the mainstream media securely on your side getting away with it seems
easy... In any case, to one who has monitored the presidential campaign from
its beginning to the present, it certainly appears that, for the Obama
administration, lying has become an accepted campaign strategy."

There is always something to be learned from "One Liners," and
they are often also enjoyable -- even entertaining.

Thomas Sowell, in OneNewsNow"Truth is not a job requirement for a
community organizer -- but it should be for someone who holds the
highest elected office in America."

The Daily Caller: "During the Thursday night vice presidential debate,
Vice President Joe Biden replaced ‘hope and change’ with 'interrupt
and laugh.’"

Western Center for Journalism: "The national debt could not be repaid
in less than 440,000 years if we started immediately."

Michelle Obama, in a radio interview: "We are in the midst of a huge

Matt Barber, in One News Now"If Barack Obama is reelected and
appoints just one more Ruth Bader Ginsburg, forget it. America, as

V.P. Joe Biden, in the debate on Afghanistan: "I've been throughout that
whole country, mostly in a helicopter, and sometimes in a vehicle."

Barack Obama: "Free-market economics DOES NOT WORK ; it has
never worked! " [Question: how then can you account for America's
success for so many years?]

Debra J. Saunders, Columnist San Francisco Chronicle: "Hell Is Paved
With Obama's Intentions."

And finally -- Aristotle, 3 centuries BC: "Democracy is when the
indigent, and not the men of property, are the rulers...In a democracy
the poor will have more power than the rich, because there are more
of them, and the will of the majority is supreme."

And, as always, there are a few "Afterthoughts" to finalize today's ANC:

Take a moment to consider who is supporting whom in next week's election.
Mr. Obama is getting re-election support from three world leaders notorious for their
anti-American and pro-Communist views: Castro in Cuba, Putin in Russia, and
Chavez in Venezuela. To state it most clearly: Government leaders who have been
responsible for some of the worst atrocities and denials of freedom in the past 50
years are openly in support of Obama. Why would any anti-American, foreign
country leader, steeped in Communism, support a candidate for the presidency
of the United States? And as Americans, why shouldn't we be concerned about this?

Still confused and wondering about the murders in Libya? Tim Young, writing
in Absolute Rights put the facts concerning our government's atrocious performance
in this easy-to-understand explanation: "Valerie Jerrett, Senior advisor to the
President, was assigned MORE SECURITY with her on her last trip to the mean
streets of Martha's Vineyard than the entire embassy in Libya had. Think about
that. Think about the priorities of this administration." But not to worry! The
Obama administration has promised that an in-depth investigation will take place, and
a complete report will be issued . . . of course, not until after the Nov. 6 election.

A new statistic that supports what we have been saying: When Gallup asked
people to estimate how many Americans were homosexual in 2011, most guessed
25%. Wrong. By about 22%. The actual number, according to Gallup's latest report,
is about 3.4%. That is certain to be a startling statistic for most people who just
naturally assumed the attention they receive from the Main Stream Media (MSM)
is driven by their representing a big share of the nation's population. In truth They may
represent only a tiny fraction of the nation's population, but they are quite literally
rewriting history. As Tony Perkin commented, "If there's one thing the homosexual
community demonstrates again and again, it's that a loud minority is more
powerful than a timid majority." [To which we say: Hello, American Christians,
who represent about 80% of the population... where is your voice?]

A voice from the past . . . still timely for today: back in the year 1916, Teddy
Roosevelt, our president from 1901-1908, gave this evaluation of the then
developing Muslim problem: "The civilization of Europe, America and
Australia exists today only because the victories of civilized man over the
enemies of civilization...that is, to beat back the Muslim invader."

In a day when the prevailing governmental position is to do that which is
considered to be "politically correct," and which meets the variable
standards of "progress," it is important to recall our Founding Fathers:

"Of all the habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are
indispensable supports...Reason and experience both forbid us to expect that
national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle."

"We have no government armed with power capable of contending with
human passions unbridled by morality and religion...Our Constitution was
made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the
government of any other." -- John Adams, 1798

"Without morals a republic cannot subsist any length of time; they
therefore who are decrying the Christian religion, whose morality is so
sublime and pure...are undermining the solid foundation of morals, the
best security for the duration of free governments."

And this final word: For 10 years this weekly newsletter and commentary has
viewed and discussed current events from the three-fold position of being firmly
Pro-Christian, Pro-American and Pro-Conservative. We come now, in a week's
time, to the most important election in American history. Due to problems of
age, health and finances, this is very likely the last issue of ANC. We close with
words we have used so often: PRAY . . . VOTE . . . PRAY.

It is an old fable . . . perhaps almost a truism . . . that the older you get, the
faster it seems that time goes by. An example: on Nov. 3, 2010, the day after
the last national election, ANC announced a countdown of prayer toward the
next election on Nov. 6, 2012 . . . and on that date there were 734 days to
pray for this year's election, now only 29 days away. How quickly those days
have flown by! Each week we gave the number of prayer days remaining.

Today may be our last announcement that there is less than a month to pray for
guidance on that important day. (If we can manage one more "occasional" issue
before Election Day, we'll do so!) So please: pray for God's guidance as you,
and millions across America, vote on Nov. 6.

In this "occasional" issue, we will depart from the usual format of the 10 years
of ANC's weekly issues. Some of our readers regularly forward ANC to
their list of friends, and with that use in mind, we will over emphasize what
others are saying about this election. You will not be reading just our opinion,
but the broad-based opinions of other commentators.

First: what you might call our "Editorial," and our view of the election.
On several occasions we have affirmed that we have not and will not endorse
any candidate in this election. Every issue of ANC clearly states the basic
principles we profess: Pro-Christian, Pro-American and Pro-Conservative. It
follows that we are very much against -- or "anti" -- politicians, platforms or
parties which are Anti-Christian, Anti-American and Anti-Conservative (or in
one word: Liberal).

So many have said -- and we totally agree -- this is the most important election in
our lifetimes. More than in any previous election that we can recall, it offers a clear
choice -- a choice between a return to the Judeo-Christian principles upon which
this nation was founded, or the anti-God, anti-religion principles of "political
correctness" ... a choice between the beliefs our Founding Fathers fought for: liberty
and freedom, or enslavement by a massive, all powerful socialistic government.

In this election we can choose to return to the timeless truths of the Declaration of
Independence, that we are endowed by our Creator with the unalienable rights of
life and liberty, and we can choose to restore the integrity of our Constitution to
make secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our posterity ... or we can
choose to allow Liberal "progressives" to retain power and continue to destroy
what is left of the Republic that was America.

Those words, Liberty and Freedom, were at the heart of the revolution that gave
birth to the United States of America. They aren't used very often any more, but
Thomas Jefferson in 1775 well expressed the basic principles of our nation's founding:
"Honor, justice, and humanity, forbid us tamely to surrender that freedom which
we received from our gallant ancestors, and which our innocent posterity have
a right to receive from us." Nearly two centuries later, in 1961, Ronald Reagan
sounded like a modern day Founding Father: "Freedom is never more than one
generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it on to our children in our
bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do
the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and
our children’s children what it was once like in the United States where men
were free."

To the motivational word "Pray," we have added two other important words, and
urge every American Christian to heed them as we approach the date of Nov. 6,
now less than a month away: Pray ... Register ... Vote.

You may have noticed: we often quote others to help make a point. Following
the recent Democrat National Convention in North Carolina, when only after three
votes from the delegates was it possible to have the word "God" inserted in the party's
political platform for the upcoming election, there was widespread concern over the
anti-Christian direction in which the Democrat party was moving, Bishop E. W.
Jackson, founder of "Staying True to America's National Destiny" (STAND), urged
his black Christian minister brothers "It's time to come out of the Democrat party
... The Democrat Party has turned its back on Christians. It is time to turn our
backs on the Democrat Party," and declared that the party had become
"anti-Christian, anti-Church, anti-Bible, anti-Life, anti-Family, anti-God ...and
now is becoming anti-Israel."

From his headquarters office in Charlotte, Franklin Graham, President of the Billy
Graham Evangelistic Association, firmly stated in Decision magazine, "One party
affirms a belief in the sanctity of life. The other party does not. One party
supports the traditional biblical definition of marriage between one man and
one woman. The other party enthusiastically endorses and supports same-sex
marriage. I will not -- cannot -- vote for a candidate, regardless of their political
affiliation, who supports same-sex marriage and advocates abortion."

And from Doug Giles, whose Clash broadcasts never leave any question about his
solid Christian beliefs: "Could you vote for someone, if you knew that they were
hostile to your worldview? What if that candidate went beyond passive hostility
to act upon their enmity? In just 4 short years, President Obama has displayed
his hostility against biblical principles and the people who live by them."

Yes, this years election really represents a choice between Christian and anti-Christian
viewpoints. That is why your vote -- and mine -- is so important.

Because the Main Stream Media (MSM) is so strongly biased in favor of the
left leaning Liberals, we often attempt to bring you examples of "What Others
Are Saying" so that you have some views from observers outside the MSM.

Nonie Darwish (Egyptian born founder, Arabs for Israel): "Muslims are
trained to believe two opposite ideas at the same time. For instance, Islam
is a religion of peace. At the same time, they will say go kill the Jews and
the Christians because we have to go conquer them, and it's okay to do
terrorism for that purpose, for that cause -- for the cause of Jihad."

Bill Wilson (writing in "There seems to be a fine line between
sublime and ridiculous. For example, the occupant of the Oval Office's
bravado in announcing his 'new day' foreign policy with Islam has turned
into a national security nightmare for America reminiscent of Jimmy Carter."

David Harsanyi (writing in Human Events): "If bringing the
unemployment rate back to the 7.8 percent (with fewer people working at
lousier jobs) is what a stimulus plan, three rounds of quantitative easing
and endless spending gets us, this presidency can be safely categorized as
one of the worst investments in history."

Tom Minnery in Citizen Link: "At this time of year, it seems there’s a
new poll out every day indicating who’s leading the presidential race —
and the results are always different. How do we make sense out of all
this information? ... Polls can help us keep informed; we just have to
remember that they are only a snapshot of how a certain segment of
the population feels about a candidate at a particular point in time,
and often in a particular geographic location." 

Joel Pollak (writing in Patriot Post): "People died, Obama lied. That’s
the best summary of what has happened since Sept. 11, when terrorists
(yes, terrorists) attacked the U.S. consulate in Libya, killing four Americans
and the U.S. Ambassador, while terrorist sympathizers swarmed the U.S.
embassy in Cairo. The Obama administration insisted -- though it knew
otherwise -- that the attacks were provoked by an anti-Islam film made in
the U.S. by a Coptic Christian... Now, as new details emerge every day
about what the Obama administration knew and when, it is clear that
President Barack Obama lied shamelessly to the American people about
a terror attack that claimed American lives."

Skip MacLure (writing in Conservative Outpost): "This is the eve of the
most important election of our lifetimes. Quite possibly the most important
in our country’s two hundred and thirty six year history, keeping mindful
that we were fighting for our freedom then, and that this election is no
less than a war to maintain those freedoms preserved for us in fields of
conflict all over the globe. Barack Hussein Obama is an evil man. Look
beneath the false smile and ingratiating words and there’s rot and
corruption seething away just under the surface. This is an extreme
left-wing radical, inculcated from birth with ultra radical memes."

Investor's Business Daily: "Current estimates put the number of
Mexican nationals murdered by Fast and Furious weapons at 300. More
such evidence will be found and the Fast and Furious body count will
rise, ignored by the administration and its media protectors."

Ryan Zinke (Former Navy SEAL): "The President refuses to admit that
his policy of appeasement and apology has failed. The murder of our
Ambassador and two former Navy SEALs is more than a 'bump in the
road,' it is a global catastrophe where America is seen as being weak and
vulnerable by our enemies. This President has failed to establish a red line
for Iran’s nuclear ambitions and has failed to recognize the scale and
implications of the attacks against us."

Suzy Rice (in her column under the heading: Barack Obama; All Hype
and No President): "There is next to nothing to prove or substantiate that
Barack Obama has provided executive services to this nation over the past
four years, those years being the four he asked he be hired — and was —
to provide the nation with executive services. He’s agitated our population
and the populations of other nations, he’s annoyed, deprived, harassed,
confounded, betrayed and misinformed billions of human beings."

Those quotes should provide adequate evidence that there is another side to
current day news reporting than what the MSM serves up to us.

And now here is a much-longer-than-usual sampling of "One Liners"
which we came across in our research . . . you may enjoy them!

Sound familiar? A headline from Commentary magazine: "Islamists Storm
U.S. Embassy and America Apologizes"

Wayne Allyn Root, Las Vegas odds-maker and Libertarian political candidate:
"I’ll give Obama credit for one thing- he is living proof that familiarity
breeds contempt."

Former U.S. Ambassador to the UN, John Bolton, on President Obama’s
speech to the United Nations: "a great, big, warm, fuzzy blanket.”

You may not consider her a commentator, but Madonna announced to a crowd
attending her MDNA Tour in Washington D.C., “For better or for worse, all
right, we have a black Muslim in the White House, OK?"

Dr. Paul Lamey: "The church needs shepherds, not coaches."

Barack Obama, on TV's 60 Minutes: "As president I bear responsibility for
everything--to some degree.”

After all that reading, there is room for just a few brief "Afterthoughts" . . .

Maybe you didn't know: October is "LGBT History Month" in our schools.
As Scott Lively, writing in Defend the Family, explains, many elementary and
secondary schools across America will observe October as "LGBT History Month."
Not all public schools have formally adopted the program, but many thousands of
innocent children will be subjected to what Dr. Lively describes as "the most
despicable brainwashing ever conducted in American classrooms." He points
out that in California the promotion of homosexuality to all school children is now
mandated by a law signed into effect by Democrat Governor Jerry Brown. Across
America many classrooms are controlled by "Gay Lesbian Straight Teachers
Network" (GLSEN) whose founder, Kevin Jennings, was appointed by President
Obama as our nation's "Safe School Czar." Dr. Lively summarizes: "They will be
taught, through carefully constructed lesson plans, to view homosexuals as a
superior class of human beings whose influence on society has been wholly
benign, but whose contributions to society have been limited to irrational
prejudice and bigotry." [Those last few words apparently represent GLSEN's
view of the Bible.]

Noted along the campaign trail . . . On The View, the day-time talk show on
which Mr. Obama chose to take time to appear (this is an election year, you know);
instead of meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu or other world leaders at
the UN, he chose instead to meet with Whoopi Goldberg, and made this profound
statement about him and Mrs. Obama: "We pay taxes so that kids who are going
to public schools can have good teachers and can succeed.Then he conceded
that the Obama children go to private schools, not public schools. (Just like the
wealthy people he so harshly criticizes.)

Oh, by the way -- that failure to meet with any world leader while at the UN is
another "first" for Mr. Obama -- the first time an American president has ignored
that responsibility in 20 years.

Sometimes it makes you wonder . . . Mr. Obama's view that financial success is
due to "blind luck." At a Harvard Law School "Celebration of Black Alumni" award
luncheon, speaking of those who had achieved financial success, he said, "Look how
well we did. Everybody can do what we did. Denying the role of blind luck that
played in getting everybody here. Or the sacrifices of a generation of women
doing someone else’s laundry and looking after someone else’s children to get
you here.” Is his present status as a multi-millionaire due to a corrupt city political
machine, a term in the U.S. Senate, blind luck or sheer genius? One does wonder.
